Nino Ositashvili

Nino Ositashvili is CEO of ChildFund in Georgia and Country Representative for ChildFund Deutschland. She holds post graduate degrees in Business and Management from Ilia State University, BTEC London and an MBA from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. Her specialty is in Project Management and Administration.


Guy de Fontgalland

Guy de Fontgalland is Director and Special Adviser to ChildFund in Georgia, who has lived and worked in Georgia for 10 years. He is a Harvard-educated Investment Banker and Development Strategist who has worked internationally with World Bank-IFC, with UNDP, with Governments and commercial banks. He also served as International Advisor to the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India and directed the Entrepreneurship Development Center London in collaboration with the University of London.



Nika Chitishvili 


Nika Chitishvili is the ChildFund In Georgia Project Coordinator and a PhD(c) in Economics at Tbilisi State University. He holds a Master of Economics degree in Economic Policy and Economic Diplomacy. He worked on part of his master's thesis at the Technical University of Berlin. He also received a scholarship from the Dresden University of Technology to manage sustainable cities. Mr. Chitishvili has 10 years of experience working in government, non-government and university fields. His scholarly articles have been published in local and international publications. His areas of interest are economics, access to education and sustainable urban development.



Nikoloz Esitashvili

Nikoloz Esitashvili has a Doctorate in International Relations from Florida International University, USA. He currently teaches at New Vision University and ISET. He acts as Curriculum Development Expert for ChildFund in Georgia, the specific focus on Village Development Through Social Entrepreneurship.



Mariam Jordadze, Entrepreneurship Development Consultant

Mariam Jorjadze holds bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with major in Management, from Caucasus University. She has more than 8 years of professional experience in the field, working for local and international companies as a marketing manager, branding specialist and art director. Currently, she is co-founder of a startup company specializing in personal care products. Committed to promote social change, development and empowerment of people, she has been engaged in organizing educational summer camps, providing vocational trainings and other activities.


Natalia Jalaghonia

Natalia Jalaghonia is a strategic communications specialist, focused on a digital media and education. Her main experience is related to print, online and television media. In addition, Natalia worked as a media expert and media manager. Currently, Natalia Jalaghonia works in the field of social media at the Georgian Public Broadcaster. She has 5 years of training experience in communications and civic education.
